Hanan was excellent, very nice, and thorough with her explanation Hanan was excellent, very nice, and thorough with her explanation. I did see Dr Williams and had a brief discussion about my dental needs. I am waiting for a follow-up discussion of the full findings after he reviews my x-Rays. Front office staff were very nice.

Only concern is as much as office tries to keep info on preferred phone #'s and insurance info current, the information doesn't get stored everywhere and ultimate errors then can be frustrating (billing and messages). Suggest office develop procedures to follow to ensure patient info is current in all areas and instruct staff to follow. Thanks
