I always love coming into the office for my appointments. I had a change of insurance this time and I didn't fill out the correct forms ahead of time. Everyone was very helpful and really went above and beyond to contact my insurance company while my teeth were being cleaned. The staff were able to get everything figured out and it turned my rough day around. Williams Dental is my favorite doctor and its means so much to me that I can continue to be a patient.

What I came for and what I got were not the same thing What I came for and what I got were not the same thing. I thought that I would at the least get my teeth cleaned. It was nice that I have the option of not loosing my teeth but for my first visit I really thought what was done is a second visit. I know my insurance would at least have covered a teeth cleaning.
