I would not recommend this hospital for labor and delivery. If you want a teaching hospital, go to another location, Jefferson Hospital, but not Center City or go to HUP. I don't want to take away from the staff. I thought the charge nurse, resident physician, and RN were very good. However, the labor and delivery rooms are not comfortable. There should be one room for labor, not two different ones for different phases of labor. They literally have moms going to 3 rooms, and this does not include the postpartum room. This hospital is really trash I would not recommend at all for anyone expecting. I waited one hour to never be seen for an ultrasound. Their excuse was they were preparing my room, then told me wait. After, had the audacity to call someone else. I don’t leave reviews but I have to warn other mothers and they people who work there are rude!
