The front office staff are generally friendly and helpful.Units are good and complaints are handled promptly and efficiently.Although some issues keep repeating -eg: Hot tub not heating,Car wash machine not working and remote controls for gym TV's disappearing. However the main reason for only 3 stars is the new implementation of a Gestapo like parking policy through an outsourced agency. We just came from viewing this property and it was amazing. It had an awesome resort type feeling. The apartments themselves were very homey also. Very cozy. Not to mention the property guide DEMI, she was my all time favorite person that has helped us today!! Nice, funny, 10/10 would love to live here.
The gates are broken for months at a time. The trash valet service regularly misses scheduled pickups. The edges of the pond look more like a swamp. People BBQ on their balcony in violation of fire code. Management regularly sends out email notifications about trash audits, balcony audits, garage audits and parking lot monitoring to maintain some standards, but I've never seen any evidence that such audits are actually conducted to ensure compliance. I'll be honest, out of all the pinnacle properties in the Deerfield , Coconut Creek area, this is the nicest community with the best amenities. Great pools with decent patio furniture. A nice sized gym with somewhat decent equipment. The abundant sidewalks and grassy areas are great for walking your pets. The apartments are pretty up to date. Lacking in some areas like energy efficient sliding glass doors and the HVAC. But over all they are nice! The parking lots are over filled at night, that's really the biggest issue this... read more
