RecommendedI'm very happy living here. Rent is good, office staff are attentive to resident needs, maintenance is incredible, they continue to surprise me in their promptness and quality. I have been very impressed with the upbeat, great environment at Deer Creek. Staff is always friendly and willing to help with going the extra mile. Stopped in the office for a friendly “hello” and cup of coffee regularly. It has been kept very well groomed and maintained throughout the property. Had the opportunity to walk daily around the pond a few times daily. Great place for tenants to walk and exercise their pets. Grounds maintenance people even give s happy hello wave. Great experience with the community. The staff are wonderful to work with in the office. The property is close to everything, they are within walking distance. The grounds are well kept. Chris is a great guy, he takes care of any issues you may have.
People are moving in and it’s raining outside. I had to park someplace else not in front of my garage. I am pregnant and I have a toddler. I went and bought stuff at target and came back. They have been parked like that three hours now. They are blocking three apartments at this time.
Overall a very nice place to live. No place is perfect and there will be issues no matter where you go and live. However, Maintenance is very quick to respond and fix any issues that I had. Grounds are normally well kept. The units are nice and they have just upgraded the exterior light system, which are great! They have also painted the exterior of the buildings, which have made them a lot more appealing. I haven’t really dealt much with the Propety mgmt to give any opinions on them. Honestly I love this place. if it wasn't for me having to move to take care of my family I think I would have done another renewal of leasing this place. the staff is great the management team is great maintenance is pretty good here it's a nice quiet neighborhood huge complex it really is and my space is awesome. so if you do go and check out the complex speak to Dara Alex Odette who's the manager of the office or Dominique all great people it was it was a pleasure living there.
I lived here for three years and I absolutely love the community. The office people are cool, you can always count on them to get things done. Brunel and Chris is always a pleasure to deal with. The community is safe, clean and welcoming. If you have an issue the property manger, Odette goes above and beyond to make you happy.
