Recommendedi have just signed my 10th lease in this beautiful residence i call home. The grounds are beautifully kept. Ghe apartments are spacious and comfortable. The residence is safe and secure. The management is outstanding. Odette is a brilliant and proactive manager who keeps coming up with innovative ideas for the property and invests in many celebrations and social events for the residents. The staff are great and all maintenance requests are handled swiftly. I feel privileged to call this exquisite place home

Worst Management team we've ever encountered. Used to be a nice place but once they changed Managers it was all down hill from there. We lived there almost 5 years and the last year was a joke at best.
great place to live. Save money on gym membership, the new gym has everything. Great staff. Work order requests are taken care of right away.

I love to live here! Very clean, organized, green area always maintained. Great pools and gym. Nearly two best of Deerfield beach marketers. I only find the value of the rent a bit expensive.

The apartment is great! The community is very clean and beautiful. The fitness center is amazing, and the pool is really great! There is a lot of species of animal in the lake.
It used to be the best place to live, until the new management team took over. The property manager is the cheapest manager I’ve ever met. The gates are always broken and even though is a highly price leasing property, the office staff treats people very disrespectfully. I feel sorry for the maintenance staff that has to work with Odette and the new maintenance supervisor. My garage door was hit to the point the have my car been inside, it would be broken and yet, they claimed my insurance for the damage and wanted me to acu... read more

Why is the Preserve banning curbside parking? Residents shouldn't be forced to pay $600 a year for a garage when curbside parking caused no issues!
