Impossible to ever get anyone on the phone. Ever. Grounds are not kept up. People in the office are rude with the exception of Odette and Dara. awful customer service.
i will never recommend this place to anyone cause when is come maintenance they horrible but there s a few people in the office when i talk to them they will help deb and another lady with short hair they very sweet and there is black male his very nice as for the manager she have a stink ............ attitude the maintenance people are nice but if they dont send them they cant just come i will look for another place to moving well if odette still here all the black people will leave this place i will make sure i share this ... read more

I could give them a zero right now I would they haven't fix this leak in over six months I found out where it is leaking in about five minutes by being in the room when it rains and they still want to take out the window for no damn reason the waters coming from the floor and they don't want to listen I don't want to talk to anybody except for one person and that's fucked up
Don't ever move here. They don't fix anything and they are only after your money. You are not a person, you are a cash machine to these people. Zero parking, they charge you for being in a gated community and the gates haven't worked for a year. You can't have friends over because their car will get towed overnight. They took down the basketball hoops for no reason, which some of use moved here for. The pools are always closed and they are horrendous in the front office.
