My son is now a rising 2nd grader, and we had switched to Jeffers, Mann, and Artman when our 1st Pediatric practice closed during the pandemic. We like that we have the option to pick an excellent primary care provider for the children. We have used the Saturday hours for urgent concerns in the past.
We've been going to JAM for almost 12 years. We absolutely love Dr. Mann and Dr. Artman, Mindy Dagly, and all the nurses. They're wonderful with kids who are anxious about doctors. They're helpful with learning issues, asthma, EOE, allergies, you name it. The wait can sometimes be long in the Blue Ridge office, but it's bc they take their time with their patients. We've only had one provider there we didn't like over the years.
Sad to be leaving this message but my son, 13 months, has been coming here since birth. There have been misdiagnosis and I had to take him to a specialist myself, no referral, when I knew he needed it (I was right, he needed a procedure, all was well). Then today we go in for updated vaccines, he received the measles vaccines in May. I told the nurse, Logan, that and she rolled her eyes at me and left to go check. Fine. Dr Dailey is wonderful, she listens so carefully and my son loves his visits with her! Highly recommend this office, great experience and staff from start to finish.
