Buying a new vehicle shouldn't be that hard, it should have been a pleasurable experience. After three visits to this dealership. I called the sales person regarding the lower internet pricing, and we agreed on the lower price. Arrangements were made with the sales person to purchase that vehicle on my 4th visit. Our 2012 dodge grand caravan passenger side window wouldn't roll up so we called and set up an appointment to have it fixed. We dropped it off Friday 2/28. We told them there was no rush as we were heading out of town for the weekend and could pick it up Monday. On Saturday we called about 11 or 12 to check the status, nobody available to speak with so we left a message for a call back. Dealt the wrong hand from the beginning. Was there 6 hours to get a used vehicle. Passenger tail light was busted. Wasn’t busted in the pics. The TPS light was on I asked to get it looked at before I left Three times!. It wasn’t checked. Asked to get the gas tank filled. Was promised a gas card where they were closing mailed to me. Did not get one. Had to get gas and air in all tires before driving the three hours back home. No key for the lug nuts, no jack or tools either in the truck.
