How can they have an A+ rating when they treat customers the way they do? They sell used cars when they don't have the title, and then you have to spend money to get a lawyer to get a title. I have bought a new vehicle and two used vehicles from them and I will never give them another dime.
Went to get a free oil change and was told that they was gonna replace the air and engine filter. But wasn't aware that I was gonna be charged and was charged $189 for $7 to $15 parts that I could've put on myself. Would've been to nice to have it communicated with me so I could've turned down the service.

The price of the service was in fact communicated to the customer. As I was performing a quality check at the time my advisor approached ************ with the price of the service. He was quoted $79.99 per filter. I witnessed him approve the service. ************ paid the **** and signed for the amount he paid. Despite the above I still refunded ************ half of his ****.
Traveled 2 hours to buy a truck sticker said ******. Went in to start paperwork they said it was going to be ******. *****. Over sticker That would be like going to a store to buy something and price tag said .50 cents and when you get to cash register they say its **** because two people just got the same thing
Buyers should look for another dealership. This dealership needs to be investigated by the BBB or the manufacture. First they add an upcharge of $899 plus tax for pulse brake light system that was never installed on my 2021 truck. The only reason I found out that it was not installed was I was following the truck and noticed it. We are very sorry that this has occurred. Our system of verifying that this feature has been installed failed. A check was mailed yesterday via USPS to you. Our admin person responsible for check issueing was out and delayed the check. As a Jeff Wyler installed safety feature, a warranty will cover any issues that should arise from this dealer installed feature. Just one advantage to the dealership installing vs an individual.
After taking our truck in to have an ac sensor repaired we got the bill for over $1000.00. I was completely taken back at this price, but I needed the vehicle so I paid it and went on. When I spoke with my husband about the price he informed me they never quoted him a pice and we both agreed that was way to much for a sensor replacement. This dealership needs to be investigated. First they add an upcharge of $899 for pulse brake light system that's actually only a $30 add on. I was told that this was added to the 2014 BMW 750LI that I purchased but I found out a few weeks later that it wasn't. You can actually code the pulse braking light into the OBC on the newer BMW's. Not to mention I never saw the pulsing of the 3rd brake light. They claimed to have done a 50 something point inspection, which I later found out to be a lie. Worse experience ever at an auto dealer. We were interested in a truck they had advertised on their website, recieved their internet Eprice email offering me the pickup at the specific price. We set up a test drive the next day then sit down for the paperwork and trade in offer for our pickup. Surprise!!!! the price of the truck is substantially higher than the emailed price......terrible way to bait and switch and waste my valuable time!!!!!!!
I own a 2018 Chevy sonic that is still under dealer warranty. I left it 3 weeks ago at the service department for a driver's seat motor to be replaced and to have the check engine light evap code checked out. Well now they say its electrical and nothing new each day. I am a single mother relying on coworkers to get me to work and home. This has been a very stressful time. I just feel like I'm being led down a dead end road with this. Very unprofessional to say the least.!!!!

We apologize for the time the repair took. Tracing electrical problems unfortunately takes time and the parts that we ordered took more time than normal due to current Covid manufacturing of parts and supplies availability. The car has been repaired.
My 2019 Chevy Malibu was taken in for service on September 28, 2020 for a engine wiring harness. I was given a service advisor to keep in contact with about updates/status on my vehicle. It has been a month and I've no communication with my service advisor Amanda. I call weekly to the Jeff Wyler chevrolet body shop. I've been lied too almost every phone call.
