Jeff is very personable and while talking with him you can tell he really cares about you and is dedicated to helping. I highly recommend him!

Jeff is a wonderful therapist, he gets right to the point and runs his practice so that you can work on yourself and relationships outside of his office. He gives you the tools you need to learn how to communicate with others and know yourself more.
