I love Dr. Duncum and his staff. They are wonderful and make the whole experience enjoyable.
Started with Jeff after my dentist retired. Completely pleased, I now drive 30 miles just to go to him.
I have been very relaxed while there, which is not my normal state of mind. He is very easy going and we have art and cycling in common. His staff is the BEST. My family goes to Dr. Duncum, we believe in his abilities and professional ways. Without the loss of human attributes mind you!
I have been a patient for several years and was referred to him by my former dentist who passed away of cancer. Dr. Duncum and his staff are friendly and efficient. I've never paid out of pocket (I've always had insurance), and have never had any major work (a few cavities), but I know some of his fees and feel that they are very reasonable. He is the best! Does a great job and is very professional. Has a courteous staff. Great with kids. Very personable. Doesn't try to get you to do unnecessary procedures. Our whole family goes to him. I would highly recommend him.
My entire family went to Dr. Duncum for many years until we moved out of the area. Now I wish I could go back to get my dental work done by him. He is friendly, professional, caring, and does excellent work. I highly recommend him!
I'm a new patient (2 visits) but I've seen a lot of dentists in my day, and I was impressed with Dr. Duncum. He was very professional and I felt very comfortable letting him treat me. I also inquired about some cosmetic procedures and he gave me good honest advice without any sales pressure. He helped me weigh my preferences conservatively against the costs, and referred me to a very good specialist for another procedure. His staff is also very friendly and helpful.
