Excellent doctor and location.
As usual, Dr. Kopelman was very professional and understanding. He took time to explain treatment options and scheduled a followup appt.
Always thorough with his treatment. I’ve had many foot problems and I’m still walking thanks to Dr Jeff.
Upon arriving I am greeted by most courteous and professional office staff. My time in both the waiting and exam room is always very short before Dr. Kopelman enters. He is always most thorough when questioning me of my foot problem and discussing what treatment is necessary in medical terms that are easy for me to understand. I appreciate Dr. Kopelman"s friendly and professional attention that I always receive during my office visits.
I got great service, fixed my problem, was personable, was competent. Hopefully no more feet issues but if I do, I'll go back to Dr. K.
Waited no more than 5 min. Due to current circumstances it was nice to see that Dr. Kopelman and entire staff was following safe guidelines. This was much appreciated. Even though I am sure they were as stressed as everyone else, it didn't show. All staff was friendly and professional Bless you all.
Terrible..Rushes you thru any communication and sees you only as $$$ signs unfortunately. No interpersonal skills at all..needs to take a class in customer service 101
