very disappointed by the help I received when my 2017 chevy equinox rear main seal went out. Issue A I called when the car died on a busy highway with no shoulder so I was dead sitting in live traffic asking for help getting a tow. was told they have no tow truck. it was 15 degrees outside and I was at risk of being hit by another car...
