Their customer service department is extremely rude!! Heaven forbid you use the term Wheel and Tire interchangeably! Regardless, the answer I gave still fit their answer. And they told me I did not read their description carefully. It said 17 inches OR larger . I said mine was 17. They said that was the problem, I didnt read it carefully. It still fits their criteria. Extremely RUDE! Order from somewhere else!
Ordered the demon eye rgb headlights w/ fogs. Package came very quick. Lights packed beautifully to prevent any damage. The fogs had the wrong bolt pattern, and JF exchanged to the correct fit. Shipped replacement fogs very fast. Install was smooth but an issue with the pro rgb pro App had us on with CS. Great guys there too! We quickly resolved the app issue and in no time all was working flawlessly.
Ordered from this company because they advertise they are a US based company. Paid more for this reason. It came from China. Very diaappointed in the quality...very cheap looking. Asked to return for a refund. Did not want to keep the product. Was told I have to ship back to China at my expense and cannot ship to the TN address. Bought Fender flares for my 2019 Jeep JLU. The fenders showed up in a timely manner and were a pain to install but I figured it was worth it as they are a local company to me. Needless to say I shouldn’t have bought them as the powder coating has failed after less than a year and is literally falling off in sheets. All fenders have failed and are rusted. Placed a order on the 24th,got a call 1 day later saying they don't have what I ordered will I take a different model. I agree to different model even tho that's not what I want. Called back today (8 days later) to get tracking info was giving info,so I check and item has not even shipped yet!!! Call back over 20 times with no answer!!
