Dr. Poll did a surgery on my tear duct. After the surgery another doctor diagnosed me with MRSA which I was unaware of until I saw an ENT who confirmed MRSA infection from surgical site. Also started getting seizures a week after my surgery. Pure coincidence I am sure. Though I had no prior history of seizures. Also the surgery had gone badly and Dr. Poll got flustered during surgery as I bled excessively and he wrote in surgical notes that “patient bled out” which to other surgeons means their patient died. He is nice, thorough, listens to my questions and spends time answering them. I have several friends who recommended him to me and I like him much better than others I've been to in Ogden.

Not impressed generally. Pretentious and didn't answer my questions very clearly. In addition, I went to the Eye Center of Utah for a regular bi-annual exam covered by my insurance, but he billed it as an "illness" even after confirming with his office. He did NOT do anything more than answer a few questions. His staff did the actual eye exam. This has caused a huge pain with my insurance. Won't be going back.
