If I could give negative stars, I Wood, the billing department is rude. I went to get a prescription for glasses and found something else wrong with my eye built me not correctly. They wouldn’t help me out or talk to me. Just argued with me. I will never go back.
I just wanted him to look with a b scan to see if all of the iol that was replaced finally exited my eye after 4 years which another opthamologist performed. I had complained to many opthamoligists ever since that replacement surgery including Dr Williams who performed it. I could point to where I could feel something. Almost all of them seemed put out I was there and I could tell Dr Poll was too. He rolled his eyes that I've had so many issues unresolved. Dr. Poll did a surgery on my tear duct. After the surgery another doctor diagnosed me with MRSA which I was unaware of until I saw an ENT who confirmed MRSA infection from surgical site. Also started getting seizures a week after my surgery. Pure coincidence I am sure. Though I had no prior history of seizures. Also the surgery had gone badly and Dr. Poll got flustered during surgery as I bled excessively and he wrote in surgical notes that “patient bled out” which to other surgeons means their patient died.
