We lost power for a little less than 12hrs. They had us back up and running much quicker than we expected. With the amount of flooding and damage, I expected our outage to last for days. I understand in the Fl summer temps, no power can be frustrating but these crews had some pretty dangerous conditions to navigate. Give them a break.

I am humbled, awed and GRATEFUL for the magnificent response from JEA. THANK YOU for restoring our power so swiftly (less than 24 hours) and I want everyone at JEA to know we appreciate you and know how hard you are working to get everyone back to power! #bestutilityever

Tired of not getting an honest answer from Jea.. They say have patience but where is our patience? . If we knew how long it would take we would be able to plan better. Almost 72 hours and no power but when you call jea you get a run around. This is 2 years we have been without power after both hurricanes and seems like we are on the bottom of the totem pole.
