Our power was up and running quickly considering the large number of outages. I think JEA is doing a great job, and we are so appreciative!

The guys in the field are doing great work and I would never want to deminish their efforts. My rating is based on communications. Why can't the assessment be used to provide meaningful feedback? We have been without power for 4 days. A simple "your area requires extensive repairs" with an ERD should be feasible 4 days in I would think.
