Jordan did show up on time and did the soda blasting on our tile. However, his work caused a black line on our plaster area below our tile. Jordan sent another guy out to try and remove it. It did work with alot of scrubbing. However this guy informed me that it should be Jordan's job to remove it. I have been reaching out to Jordan many times but he ignores all of my questions and requests for answers. He is definitely trying to run from fixing this problem.
