My problem with this office is more about the office staff than it is Dr. McCann. Dr. McCann was very pleasant and accommodating with my 4 year old boy. We went to the appointment and Dr. confirmed my son's flat feet and told me he'd need orthotic shoe inserts. They'd put in for a referral and to expect a call back with in 10 days. Prescribed me a drug that didn't work. Had to call the office and come back in to pick up another prescription.

Did this Provider let you know upfront what the approximate cost of the services would be? Not really Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! The staff spoke very highly of this provider and it was clear that they held them in a position of high respect. Did this provider take time with you at your appointment? Yes Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Probably yes Was the wait time for your appointment reasonable once you got to the office? Absolutely

Stay away... I've been in to see Dr. McCann on three occasions through the summer of 2014 at his location next to the hospital and Laguna Hills Mall, and my overall experience was negative. I've rarely felt compelled to write a review for a Dr. on the internet (this is actually the only time I've posted negatively), but this experience was so bad I had to warn you to seek help elsewhere.
