High turnover rate with doctors, unprofessional employees and mostly does not stand bye the work performed, they only want your hard earned money don't go!!!!!!!
The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! It’s so much that I don’t even want to explain. I’ll I know is I asked for a refund of the 1,000. Plus that I spent for a service I never got, the told me it could take up to 4 months to get my money back, the corporate office has just been giving me the run around.
Stay away they dobt know what they are doing. Immediately they offer you finance, they will take forever to complete the job and this is if they ever finish. Staff ate like robots just the problems to other, very poor management wuth ver poor communication skills. They'll schedule you appointments but maybe be expecting to be there 4-5 hours. Once they get you approved they stop communicating with you.

The worst company I have ever encountered. I have braces and one day the orthodontist department was just closed in my location. No notice, no information, nothing! Then, I was told only 2 offices would take Blalock cases, both of them over 30 minutes away in a less than stellar neighborhood. The other option was to call local offices and see if they would accept me. I made an appt at Fry road and waited two months, and now they say Fry road won’t take me.
