Horrible dentist office. Unprofessional… waiting months for a refund for services I have not received. Do not choose this provider!
I have had the worst experience ever with this dental company. I’m supposed to be getting a refund for fraudulent activity and bad dental practice., and it’s been three months ; no one is answering calls can’t get through. I’m waiting for money to be sent to me. I have had two years of dealing with this place. Does anyone know or have advice to help me.
Horrible business. Do not begin seeing them. You can not speak to anyone about your services or refunds. You will get rescheduled repeatedly. Dealing with children is the worst because they provide inadequate care resulting in wasted time and appointments. This is not a reputable business. You should not go here.
Place is completely horrible, don’t let the fake 4 star reviews fool you on the Google Maps. If you like being rescheduled and waiting forever for your next braces/Invisalign appointment then this is the perfect place for you. 3 years on Invisalign with these guys because they reschedule me months out. Horrible. 0.1 star.
