If I give leave zero stars I would. One year ago, I bought a car from them and I have had is***s with my car every month since I got it. The first month I got it the motor and the ac went out and the timing belt got locked up and caused smoke to come out the car then weeks later the radiator messed up and my car wouldnt start. My car was supposed to be paid off in June I called the hateful cnac case manager to assure my car was paid off WELLLLL she informs me I still owe 833 dollars more because I was behind a few payments. From my understanding when I signed the contract there was NO GRACE PERIOD so explain to me how I was a couple month's behind. The customer service is terrible and so is the cars. My check engine light came on my dash board only just having the car for almost 5months. When I first got the car I was swapped out 3 different times into different cars all because they couldnt plate the vehicle. I was even sent home one night in a Uber with my baby because of the situation. These people give us as black people a bad reputation because of the customer service and bad attitudes that float around the business.

I have not had a good experience I am actually disappointed and it’s my own fault because I was in a hurry to find a car and get back to work. I went in closer to closing and that was not smart I test drove the car and everything seems to be fine so I went for it! I get home to Cantonment it smells like gas the check engine light came on and the front end is messed up! If you need a car, and you're willing to pay out the nose, then JD Byrider is for you. Don't get me wrong, when you need a vehicle, you need a vehicle. However, CNAC that finances JD Byrider is a horrible, predatory company that could NOT care less about you. They don't care about your situation, they just care about your money. If you're late, they will threaten to take your vehicle after 10 days. No ifs, ands or buts. During the pandemic I had to purchase a vehicle I went to jd byrider in ***************, they did not tell me they were closing that location and that the only way to get my car serviced was to drive it an hr to ******. Which wasnt a big deal but would have been nice to know. But what really made this experience horrible is that when i moved my family to ***** the transmission gave out on the ****** rogue 2012. Hi I have gotten a car from jd byrider twice. Once in Charleston and now in Greenville. Gotten a ******* ******* ****from them back in July. I had to get the chorco cannister replaced because it's hard to put gas in it. They lied never fixed anything because it had the same problems. I meant to them that the car gear doesn't change unless I put a card chip or phone beside it. They never wanted to fix the issue. This dealership is really slack I bought a car from here in January and now I’ve had it towed back to the dealership 3 times because my wheel was locking up and my car would overheat.
