I purchased my 2014 Dodge Journey through JD Byrider of ********** ** in November 2020. My payments are ****** every 2 weeks plus an additional 36 every 2 weeks for their " Insurance" which was supposed to drop about ************************************************************* which it did not, about 6 months ago my battery light kept coming on and then after driving would eventually go off. now i have had my car with them for 3 years, the car was ****, if you use them buy the extended warranty, it has actually paid for the car tbh. further said this finance company does not give ***** periods, if you dont make an arrangement before your scheduled paydate, they hound you with calls. some of the agents harrass you asking if you can borrow the money to pay them. i was late 7 days when i got asked this question and no courtesy for the fact that for 3 years i have been faithful and on time with them. when i asked to... read more

These people will never let you have any grace ****** whatsoever for the life of your loan I have never been late and the one time I needed to pay a little late they won't do it If you buy from a franchised byrider keep this in mind

Biggest complaint, on 3/14/22 I traded in my car that I had purchased at Byrider. The dealer got a 10 day payoff amount of $11,966.73 and sent a check for that amount. On 3/18/22 I made my regular payment of $202.94. On 4/12/22 I got a letter from CNAC informing that my account had officially been closed but I still hadn't received my overpayment. I just got off the phone with them and they informed me that they had just issued a check for $33.19, not the $202.94 that I actually overpaid. After many attempts to argue and ple... read more

Noone lied on their reviews. I literally experienced everything I read. We need to start a class action lawsuit of some sort because I haven't seen 1 good reviews smh. I wish I known this before dealing with them.

Theyvwill not let me set up any kind of payment to pay my car note. They are rude and because I won't tell them personal issues they won't let me make a payment. This place is unreal and needs shut down. What kind of car company won't let u set up auto pay!!! This one CNAC **** ********..for 2 months asking to set up auto pay and they won't.
