One star is even too generous! First let me start by saying, I was never told nor explained that I had to pay $75 just so they can look at the car and determine whether or not theyll be able to fix it. we bought a car from JD Byrider and the first day the battery had to be replaced and then the check engine light came on exactly 15days after the purchase and the car was coming up with a 0420 code meaning the catylic converter was needing to be replaced as to which the byryder should have replaced but instead we ended up replacing while still making payments and we still have issues with this car and not only did the catylic converter go out there was other issues that was going bad in this car as we also replaced both cats... read more
I would never advise anyone to buy a car from here. They have no hardship program. They do not care what happens in your life and then they sell you a car that has problem with the problem then you without a vehicle and have to go to work and I still want you to pay a car note where you dont even have a way of getting around or is they telling you whats going on with your vehicle Very unprofessional

the worse company to ever obtain a car from. There are over priced and old year cars. They will request 3k-4k down on a 2014 and want you to pay 20k for a 3-4 year contract. They have a racist manager in the finances **** no matter how loyal you are with the company or how on time your payments are they still try and get over on people knowing they are trying to build there credit. Overall the worse car lot ever.
They are crappy and no good to go for. Bad business.
Not happy they took 4000 sold me a 2020 Kia serento that broke down in less than a week and they refuse to fix because it cost 7000 dollars tried to put me in a 2016 dodge journey mind you now the year difference after telling me Mr Jeff did that I was going to come pick up a red in color 2020 dodge journey but they changed their mind when I got there and put me in a black 2016 dodge journey that is in the shop as we speak their shop with a broke rack and pinion and major oil leak not happy I want my money back or the same y... read more
I first dealt with Keelan who is a salesman. I liked a certain car which was a red 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sport 121,000 miles. I told him that this particular vehicle is the only one I'm interested in. He ask me what I wanted to put down for a down payment and I said $500 and I did a credit application.
