I hired JCR to replace some leaky skylights. Chris responded to my request for a quote quickly and was able to schedule the work fast. The team did a great job and I’m very pleased with the final product. I would use JCR Roofing again in the future.
JCR Roofing did an outstanding job removing and replacing the flat roof on our midcentury modern home. This required removing two layers of roof—polyurethane foam and tar and gravel—and adding tapered insulation to add slope required by current code. We had a residential house re-roofed and a commercial building roof sealed by JCR Roofing. Chris Palmer was very quick to check out the roofs that needed work and responded quickly with well outlined estimates. He did a great job re-roofing and making improvements to the residential roof that was partially flat and partially pitched. With the commercial building, which had a metal roof, they replaced every fastener that held down the roof then sealed it with TOPPS coating. He also replaced gutters on both locations.
