Dee Dee did a wonderful job! It was my daughter’s first time getting her brows done and she made sure that my daughter was ready and felt comfortable doing it! Would for sure recommend to others.

I had an amazing experience with Bill at the JCPenney Salon! I showed him a picture of the style I wanted, and he absolutely nailed it — it came out even better than I hoped for. One thing I really appreciated is that Bill was never judgmental about how my hair looked before; he was so kind, supportive, and clearly just wanted the best for me. This is the only place that I allow to do my eyebrows dee dee is amazing she's very experienced I took my both my daughters to do their eyebrows for the first time and now they only want to see her she taught them about which eyebrow shape goes well with their face. We all love her thanks dee dee
