I have purchased many pairs of glasses at JCP Optical over the years. The same person has been at Lima since we started going to that store. They have good selection and always work to find the best price combination.
The 2 ladies that work at the optical center in Lima Ohio are the NICEST you could ever know. I would Highly recommend this place as your #1 go to for your optical needs. I will always come back here after going many other places. Definitely worth the drive. And Always a welcome atmosphere.

I took my broken pair of glasses to Heidi and while she was unable to fix them she did go above and beyond ensuring I was able to get by with the broken glasses until a new pair arrived. A+ service from Ms. Heidi.
I followed Dr Do when Sears closed a few years back!! She is amazing!! Always so upbeat and friendly! Great staff too and I definitely take advantage of their deals since I pay outta pocket!!
