I took my broken pair of glasses to Heidi and while she was unable to fix them she did go above and beyond ensuring I was able to get by with the broken glasses until a new pair arrived. A+ service from Ms. Heidi.
I followed Dr Do when Sears closed a few years back!! She is amazing!! Always so upbeat and friendly! Great staff too and I definitely take advantage of their deals since I pay outta pocket!!
Wondering when I can pick up my prescription glasses that came in to the store just before shutdown. They are paid for and would like any answer as soon as possible. Have tried calling and emailing several times. Kathy
Tried to make an appointment , the receptionist answered and the phone did the fax machine screech. Called back twice, same thing. Don't know if they can't figure out how to disconnect the fax or just don't want to make appointments, but I guess I'll be going elsewhere.
Great service, very friendly and affordable.
