The worst expirience ever. I went to pick up my glasses and I noticed the lenses were not put in the frame correctly. There was a gap for my fingernail to fit through. I also notice a scratch on the frame. I complained to the worker (Danielle) and she "said" that she will send it to her manager for inspection. The second time we came she said the new frame was on it's way. I waited 3 weeks for my "new" frame to come in and the worker said that 3 people inspected it under a microscope. They have a good selection and good customer service. But that was ruined when the woman at the counter wasn't able to use our vision insurance properly. She claimed that "the computer" gave her coverage limits which were different than the documents I have from the insurance office. She refused to escalate the issue or attempt to resolve it at all, with the attitude that "the computer" is the all-knowing power.
