Monica was incredibly helpful and professional. She managed to find us a last minute appointment since we would be in the shopping center. She was so kind to adjust the schedule to help get my daughter her eye exam and helped me understand what my coverages where from my vision plan. She also helped my daughter look for frames that would accentuate her lovely facial features. My daughter being a timid and almost selective mutism in any doctor visits enjoyed this visit. UPDATE: Sadly, I had to come back to my review to add some changes. I have been trying to contact the Optical dept at this store since last Friday. They do not answer the phone at any time. There is an old outgoing message that references being closed for New Year's Eve, and messages left go unanswered. There is no general operator to contact and they have a voicemail which is not set up for messages. WHAT A DISASTER!! I'm trying to order my new contact lenses but there's no way to get ahold of anyone at this location! I liv... read more

The doctor here is phenomenal! Top Notch!! The doctor has been here for years! And he’s a super sweet man!! I've brought my kids here throughout the years and never had any issues with the doctor or the optical department staff. However, the front office staff does not seem to retain their employees for long periods of time! Don Salguero, is their new Optical Manager. He most definitely needs to be replaced!
