Most of the time, I am well pleased with jcmg. But, on February 10 I went to the express care. I was very sick. The nurse practitioner did not test me for strep, or the flu. He didn't even examine me. He sent me for a chest x-ray, gave me a breathing treatment, prescribed antibiotics and sent me home. I was still very sick a week later, so I went to my regular Dr. He was very upset at the lack of care I received from the nurse practitioner. I will not go back.
I went back. This time I didn’t feel like a number
Express Care was great yesterday getting me in and out. Did not get a return call from my JCMG primary doc's office, so had to do something. Overall, I like my doc's and care, but customer service in general hasn't been as good for the last year or two. Kudos to Radiology, Oncology, and the Surgery Center for always providing good service and care.
Just wanted to make sure we let Dr Imslander with Peds know how awesome she is!!! We very much appreciate her taking the time to personally call us well after office hours to give us results we were waiting on!! Worried patient and mom appreciate you.
