RecommendedDr. Beats in the Cancer Center is a great doctor. He and his staff are very friendly, professional and courteous !! Very hard to find that combination. I highly recommend their care !!

The orthopaedic department never calls you back to set up appointments. I'm still limping and have no treatment plan for me to work towards recovery. I have been there twice and first contacted them weeks ago. I called today and they tried to set me up with an appointment for a month from now. How rediculous!
The doctors I've delt with are less than helpful. They don't listen when you tell them how you’re feeling, instead they tell you how YOUR feeling. When you ask for something, they tell you no or every excuse to why they won’t do it. These doctors give piss poor patient care. I’ll never go through them again.
I love the atmosphere and all their doctors. Wonderful service always. However, if they are indeed connected to Professional Therapies located on 1303 Edgewood Drive, they really need to do something over there. I hope to God they are not affiliated with Donald R. Smith, M.Ed., M.Div. because he is the single most unethical "Christian" wannabe ever to call himself a therapist. He refuses calls and visitations--even under contract.
