Dr. Batchu just joined the group and I'm a long time patient of his. He is awesome. Great neurologist. He listens to all of my issues, even if it's not a neurological issue. My nurse was awesome too. Very upfront and honest.
Went to express care because I was having horrible neck spasms. Waited for 2 hours only to find out they couldn't help me because the nurse practitioner can't do anything for pain. Went to Capital Region and they actually helped me.
It's nice to know you will see the same doctor for your visits rather than several in one visit. Been going to JCMG since they started and saw my family doctor when he was located beside the old St Mary's.
A good place to go for doctors you can trust. Been going here for many years 😷
I was amazed how fast my problem was taking care of. The doctors knew what and how to take care of it.
