Can you give them a negative number? Billing was so rude to me telling me that I hadn't made a payment but they said I owed $125 more than the collections. Mmmmm obviously I made payments??? Duh! They got over 10k from my insurance yet they are having a fit over me trying to pay off $250 left. Penny wise and pound foolish! I will never use them again! I will go to Boone Center in Columbia. They have the best doctors and customer service - that is where my parents and in-laws all recommend!

our experience with this group is great my husband has a great cancer dr there Dr Haddadin is the best we have had him for 9 years starting with the va in Columbia he is the most caring dr we have ever had. everyone there is very helpful and caring the lab does a great job and in a timely manor. I say God bless them all there

Staff is very rude! I have had two separate appointment here in different units and checking in was a nightmare both times! I called to file a complaint and had to leave a message,over a month later some lady eating chips calls me. I just hung up.
