Not too long ago, my primary care physician retired and I was so fortunate to find Dr. Bitters. I find her very caring and helpful. As an older person I have particular health issues that I never experience as a young person. Thankfully, Dr. Bitters is very open and informed in explaining the process of aging and takes time to listen to me each time I see her. She also treats my adult son and his family as well as my grandchildren, so I think she is versed in treating all ages.
Dr. Bitters is an incredible doctor who takes the time to listen and I never feel like she is just trying to get to the next patient. I feel lucky to have found her!
Dr. Bitters is, by far, the best doctor I have ever had. She is young, but experienced, and always knows new and innovative ways to help everyone to achieve a healthier life. I would be proud to recommend her for young children and the most elderly of patients. I feel very fortunate to have found her. I am a senior citizen, but I count on her to keep me informed with the latest and best techniques.
I'll never be returning to this office. With any health concern I have, her overall solution is always that I'm overweight. Also, the manner in which she discusses a topic such as someone's weight is highly insensitive. I always leave crying. Her bedside manners are poor & she doesn't address her actions before she performs them. I refused a blood work order 8 times while crying, & was harassed by her nurse until I changed my mind. Then she blew my vein before getting enough blood for the tests.
