Everyone was so friendly and efficient from checking in until I left. The same for the staff at the lab. I received a follow up call with the lab results the same day, and I was contacted to set up a mammogram and bone density test that same week. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bitters and West Valley Medical Group.

Every visit is a great experience with Dr. Bitters. She's personable, genuine, empathetic, and efficient. She's also collaborative when discussing treatment options instead of offering a "one size fits all" solution. 5 stars and absolutely worth the trip from Boise when I need her services.

I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Bitters, she is proactive, cheerful, and best of all not a pill pusher. I have heard several times lets try a life style change and they are working, but they have been work, better then pills.

Dr. Bitters is professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring. She values her patient's time by staying on schedule whenever possible, but she LISTENS to what her patient's are trying to tell her about their health concerns. She gives me information in layman's language without "talking down" to me. It is not a lot of medical jargon that leaves me confused. I feel confident that I am receiving good care from Dr. Bitters.
