Dr. Alex Nelson diagnosed me with epileptic seizures, told me he would get orders sent in for scans (he never did) I have been calling and leaving voicemails for weeks trying to get my scans and get back in to see him, none of my calls have been returned and he actually told my pharmacy “no” on refilling my medication today but couldn't answer any of my 3 calls today. I had a colonoscopy performed by Dr. Mukhopadhyay. He is an excellent doctor referred by my primary doctor. The surgical center he uses is great as well.
This physician has the ability to be a leader in his profession. Your insurance company will be the determining factor in the service and outcome you will receive. If your area of concern is from a workplace incident, ask for a different provider before your first appointment. If your area of concern is due to a vehicle accident, same as above. This provider works very well with private insurance companies to fix issues caused by non workplace or vehicle accidents.
Dr. Nelson is personal, professional, and will go above and beyond to take care of you. He will make certain you have answers and solutions. If you need to be referred to another specialist, done! His knowledge and respect from other doctors helps to get you the right treatment and care in the quickest time possible. I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Nelson.
The incompetent, unprofessional staff informed me that even with a doctors referral, I can not pay cash to see a doctor.
Dr Nasser is a wonderful caring and compassionate Doctor. He is presently treating my wife thru multiple Cardiac incidents. Our family was so pleased even amazed at his personable engagement with our family. His skills were obvious and the blend with the sacrificial time he spent talking to us, showing us scans, helping us thru this time was just terrific. I love how he really tries to look past the obvious things that might be happening to cause my pain and discomfort. He loves to help us feel like we are a human being and not just a number or another patient who is looking for an easy way out of our pain and suffering. He will understand what is happening with our health problems.
Dr Lynch is extremely knowledgeable and professional as a surgeon --- also has a great sense of humor when needed. He probably saved my life on the operating table when I had a perforated colon. When I visited his office between the 1st and last surgeries I felt like he really cared --- it was as if I was listening to my coach getting me back to healthy. His staff are amazing too!
