Worked with them to get gas work completed on a generator installation. Nice work. Easy to deal with would recommend
Contracted this company to do a whole new HVAC system heating air conditioning ductwork switching from radiators to forced air paid Jason a lot of money and he never did the work. I never received my equipment, most of the time he was supposed to come he never showed he had a worker come a few days and put together some ductwork and they drilled holes in my floors for the vents then ghosted and fail to respond to me
We had work done 2 years ago. He installed a new central air system outside. Fast forward to the summer and we notice that our house isn’t cooling. The system runs and runs. We tried multiple times to contact. Each call would goes days and days without a response. We have had two other HVAC companies come look and figure out the issue. Proper sized equipment wasn’t used. So now on top of ridiculously high electric bills we also have to shell out around $18,000 to have things done correctly.
We have used JC Mechanical Heating and Cooling for 3 years now and are very happy with their service. Jason is a family man who cares about his customers. The service is first class. I highly recommend JC Mechanical Heating and Cooling.
