RecommendedExcellent. So refreshing in this Covid-age to get timely service. I had a sofa and 3 arm chairs that needed re-upholstery. Company's communication with me was very prompt and transparent. They listened to my needs and gave me proper suggestions. Most importantly, i got my furniture back today--the fabrics were beautiful, the workmanship great, plus the delivery was ahead of schedule. I also have to add, that they did not try to push any additional services (which they could have....)
by having a real person answering the message, not a robot. I was 30 min. trying to get an answer and the only thing I got was " what language you want to chat".
Great service, very professional and high quality finishes.
