Try to not put people off for a month and then stop returning calls or texts. That is a horrible way to do business. If you didnt want to do the job again this year, you could have just said so, so I had more time to find someone else! I had a 100 pound dog that had a type of stroke, and cant walk, the same week you decided to not respond any longer. What kind of a person does that??
