The protein & fiber content are perfect for my fitness goals. The flavors are the best thing about this protein. It’s not too thick and it’s like I’m driving very flavorful milk. I never get the nasty chalky after-taste. I’m super excited to get started with other JBN products because I’m sold on and love the protein line! Highly recommend it.
