i volunteered there when the place first opened. it was one of the best experiences of my life. i only stayed for about 9 months, but i will never forget the fun times i had with the other volunteers and the customers. volunteering also gave me some job experience, which i desperately needed. The entire experience was amazing! The food was excellent and the portions were large - we were stuffed when we walked out of there. The volunteers were all so friendly and went out of their way to make us feel right at home. We were celebrating my 40th birthday and the volunteers snuck some candles into my dessert and had the entire restaurant singing Happy Birthday to me.
