I just want to thank Lonnie and Terrance for Outstanding customer service😊.. Lonnie made sure all curtesy inspections were brought to my attention 👍🏽.. Terrance good looking out with helping me with the loaner vehicle since my ankle cast limits me from walking long distances.. We just took our vehicle in for our 82,000 mile service after moving to the area. They performed the service and returned the vehicle with service lights still on and never addressed the lights. When we inquired why the service light was still on, they told us to come back another day and had no answers. Who services a car and ignores error lights on the dash? First impressions are lasting.
