RecommendedOn May 25 2019 I took my car into JBA For service on my G37s. As always my service was Excellent.. I was able to have my breaks replaced without any problems.. I just want to thank Lonnie and Terrance for Outstanding customer service😊.. Lonnie made sure all curtesy inspections were brought to my attention 👍🏽.. Terrance good looking out with helping me with the loaner vehicle since my ankle cast limits me from walking long distances.. I have never been disappointed with either the service or the assistance offered by the people at JBA.
We just took our vehicle in for our 82,000 mile service after moving to the area. They performed the service and returned the vehicle with service lights still on and never addressed the lights. When we inquired why the service light was still on, they told us to come back another day and had no answers. Who services a car and ignores error lights on the dash? First impressions are lasting.
