I did not buy the my qx60 at JBA but they are taking care of my services from the beginning. JR and Lonnie both are very quick and helpful.

This dealership provided far from stellar service. I normally patronage Nationwide for the Infiniti that I own, and will definitely be going back after this experience. The service advisor who I dealt with didn’t seem knowledgeable or empowered. I left my coupon that I received in the mail home and was told that there was nothing that could be done. My time is money, so I didn’t have the time to go back and forth. Their service prices where even I higher than Nationwide. I won’t be returning.
Came in for my first oil change. Service and customer service was excellent! Waiting area was very fresh and clean.
