Took my car in to have the rim resurfaced. First time at this location since moving to the area. Was greeted and assisted by Lani Lafavors. He was very courteous and professional. He wrote a ticket for me and got the job done within a few days. Was very happy with him and the job! Will definitely be back. Great job JBA Infinity!
JBA usually takes in your vehicle right away and provides for a quick diagnosis of any problem you may have. Byron Smith (JR), the service technician I usually call upon, is always attentive to my needs and works to ensure I am satisfied with work performed on my vehicle. And for the most part, JBA only does the work that is needed.
JBA Infinity has always provided exceptional service to my QX80. Service Advisors, especially JR, is detailed and explains what is needed and more importantly what is not needed at this time. They do not try to upset you on car repairs.. trusted company
