I hate Facebook but I logged on to give JBA Infiniti a positive review because they deserve it. Fast Service, nice customer lounge, clean bathrooms and loaners are available. JR has been my Svc mgr for years and he’s a real car guy who has a lot of Infiniti knowledge due to his long tenure with the company. Thumbs up!!!👍

The service is agent JR is always great, but i am disappointed that the loaner car smelled of cigarette smoke and there were ashes on the floor mats. Also, the cashier was efficient in her work, but could stand some customer service skills.
