JBA is a horrible dealership - their service department is incompetent and thieves. Their GM could careless about their customers concerns and prefers to ignore issues as oppose to addressing them.
Very fast service, everyone is extremely courteous and helpful. I like coming there. I was an hour early to my appointment and they took me in.
I am on my second infinity from JBA INFINITY, and although I have considered going back to Cadillac I haven't because of the superior sales and service treatment at JBA-they can't be beat!
I have been going to JBA for a number of years and find them to be such an excellent dealership. I travel almost 30 miles to have my car serviced. I trust JR and the rest of the team.
