Look, I have to tell you I'm over 50 and have owned many BMW, Mercedes and Audi! I own two Infiniti and the number one reason is the great service I have gotten each and every time I go in to JBA for routine or needed services on my Q56! The service Manager JR could not be more polite, respectful and he is always willing to work with us on getting our cars in and out quickly when being serviced. They are nice so you buy a car but can't own up when something happens in a short amount of time. Don't purchase here if you want new rotors in two months. Don't purchase here unless you want to be treated like trash. Don't buy from Harley. Your service means so much to them that if you want to speak to a manager you have to keep calling. Can't ever set time for you. Don't buy here! Turn away! You'll regret it! Invest your money and into a dealership where you matter!
I bought many new cars from different dealerships .. This is the worst car buying experience ever ! The worst dealership where they dont even keep their promises, and car delivery process is terrible. Who sells the brand new cars with paint chips and stains, without even inspecting?
