Very bad experience, for my 60k service on my car. I have been told it will take them all day so they can give me a rental car, we make an appointment for a week. I did not even get a call to let me know that they couldn't give me a rental or a ride while my infinity is being checked. In order to get there, I canceled my appointment with my clients. By the time I got there, I was told that they don't have extra car. I had very unpleasant experience and I don't recommend them to anyone.
I have bought eight cars and trucks from jba they are great people from top to bottom they take the time to make everybody feel comfortable all the way through the whole buying process will never buy a vehicle anywhere else
Worst experience I ever had with a dealer it seemed like I couldn't take my car in for a wiper blade change without hearing that a needed work done especially since I had my car inspected by them before I bought it and they said it was the best they've ever seen I would never ever recommend dealing with them
