This has been the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Customer service can only send emails to supervisors but not fix problems and I have been waiting for a response from a supervisor for 14 days. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone that requires supplies in a timely manner. Do your research and read reviews first, I wish I had.

J&B Medical continues its practice of poor service and lack of communications and now there is a petition on Change.org to the state of Wisconsin Medicaid to replace J&B Medical as its Medicaid provider The State of Wisconsin is doing nothing to help its Medicaid recipients by forcing its recipients to use such a poorly run business as its only Medicaid provider

What a joke. I was forced to use this company due to my Medicare advantage choice. While I find the people there friendly and polite, they are incredibly incompetent. The responses from this company take forever. I have ordered the same supplies from companies for years and have never had to deal with this level of incompetence. I was changed from monthly to quarterly delivery of my items as they are the same each month. For some reason my cost increased more than it should have. My son is diabetic and needs diabetic supplies. He has gone 5 days with out the supplies needed AGAIN! Please J & B don't tell me your sorry or you will be contacting me ect....... That does not get insulin in my sons body, his supplies do that and you are suppose to be supplying that's your job! You've done it again, effecting my sons eyes, liver, feet, ect....

My actual rating is a ZERO!!! Absolute worst supply company I have ever dealt with! People could die as a result of their incompetence! It's been 2 months and I still don't have my daughter's insulin pump and Dexcom supplies! No return call..nothing but generic email responses promising a call.

The system made me give one star. I wouldn’t give JB even one star. I have been called numerous times for the same information. I have been told my monitor will arrive in 7-10 days only to find out it has not been processed. I have had JB blame me and others when my doctor and insurance have approved everything. It’s not hard to verify when your not told the truth. It is serious when supplies do not arrive as promised. For customers a chain reaction of problems can occur by such delays.
