My son is diabetic and needs diabetic supplies. He has gone 5 days with out the supplies needed AGAIN! Please J & B don't tell me your sorry or you will be contacting me ect....... That does not get insulin in my sons body, his supplies do that and you are suppose to be supplying that's your job! You've done it again, effecting my sons eyes, liver, feet, ect....
My actual rating is a ZERO!!! Absolute worst supply company I have ever dealt with! People could die as a result of their incompetence! It's been 2 months and I still don't have my daughter's insulin pump and Dexcom supplies! No return call..nothing but generic email responses promising a call.
The system made me give one star. I wouldn’t give JB even one star. I have been called numerous times for the same information. I have been told my monitor will arrive in 7-10 days only to find out it has not been processed. I have had JB blame me and others when my doctor and insurance have approved everything. It’s not hard to verify when your not told the truth. It is serious when supplies do not arrive as promised. For customers a chain reaction of problems can occur by such delays.
