1 star isn't low enough. They can't get your order right- they don't respond to messages- they hang up on you- disconnect your call and do not call back. Thay don't give a crap about their customers. Unfortunately, it is the only company my ins will go through, so I'm stuck with them, so they know they don't have to care.
1 star isn't low enough. In fact, they even say while on hold (and when you call in you will spend a lot of time on hold) that customer service is there priority. well, that's false. I get can't get my daughters supplies ordered because NO ONE CALS YOU BACK!
worst customer service in the USA. I have been waiting almost 6 months fir supplies I have called a lot and every time I get the same answer it referred to my dr office for problems with them. My dr stayed on the line with them to get it settled still nothing. this goes on for months. They finally call to say it will be delivered tomorrow. Well guess what , Tomorrow never comes again. Another six months to wait.
This company has the worst customer service and phone system. They shoot you to an answering machine, you call back, leave a message, get a callback and then get hung up on, or the customer service agent has no idea what to do, or sends you to an extension that does not pick up the phone and you have to leave another message. And then they don't call back. Ridiculous. Do not use them!

I have been trying to obtain incontinence supplies for my elderly mother for almost 2 months. I waited on the phone for over an hour and finally had to hang up. I've also asked to be called back; I was never called back. I followed up with a message on my mom's portal and am currently waiting for a reply. This kind of service is not acceptable. A timely response would be much appreciated.
This has been the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Customer service can only send emails to supervisors but not fix problems and I have been waiting for a response from a supervisor for 14 days. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone that requires supplies in a timely manner. Do your research and read reviews first, I wish I had.
J&B Medical continues its practice of poor service and lack of communications and now there is a petition on Change.org to the state of Wisconsin Medicaid to replace J&B Medical as its Medicaid provider The State of Wisconsin is doing nothing to help its Medicaid recipients by forcing its recipients to use such a poorly run business as its only Medicaid provider
What a joke. I was forced to use this company due to my Medicare advantage choice. While I find the people there friendly and polite, they are incredibly incompetent. The responses from this company take forever. I have ordered the same supplies from companies for years and have never had to deal with this level of incompetence.
